The Tyne Amateur Rowing Club, established in 1852, sits on the River Tyne at Newburn, about
7 miles west of Newcastle City centre. We have the longest and arguably the best stretch of
river for rowing in the north of England and are privileged to have a new purpose-built
clubhouse with excellent indoor training facilities.

volunteer coaches as the Junior Squad Rowing Coordinator and Coach. The junior squad is a
large group of young people aged between 12 and 18. Applicants will be well organised, IT
literate, experienced in rowing competitively and have the necessary skills and abilities to coach
rowing.

be for one year, but could be extended further for the right candidate.
