AGM arrangements before the meeting
An invitation to attend and to make nominations for Trustee and Rowing Committee places will be placed on this site and emailed out to members eligible to vote on 23 May 2025 and is downloadable below along with draft minutes of the last AGM on 24 July 2024 and an EGM held on 4 March 2024 to receive the acccounts).
The formal notice of the AGM will be mailed out to members eligible to vote, giving at least 14 clear days before the date of the meeting, as required by the constitution. Papers will be added here as avalable
