We have a flexible function space (separable from our members bar) available for hire for social functions of all sorts. More details can be found below.
When available: The function room is available to book for both members and non-members and is available to hire predominantly Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays from 1pm - 5pm or 7pm - 11pm. Different times, days and set-up times can be considered based on availability of the space.
Cost of hire: Full room, £120 for 4hours (£30 per additional hour). Half room £60 for 4 hours (£15 per additional hour). We request a £50 booking and cleaning deposit paid upfront to secure your booking, with the cost of hire to be paid in full by 21 days before your booking.
Catering: We offer in-house catering. Our standard buffet options are here as a pdf or click on the image at the foot of the page for an onscreen version. However, we can tailor this to your preferences and offer hot food options. For further details please get in touch. You are welcome to provide you own catering with our recommended external caterer being Sonny River (Nicola - 07928 859392).

Kitchen use: Unavailable
Child Policy: Within the function room no curfew but must be supervised; main bar 9.00pm curfew.
Exclusions: No bouncy castles, teenage parties (11-19), plastic table confetti, overnight parking or exclusive use hire of the bar. We do not provide table cloths, chair covers or room decoration. Decorations must be put up with blue-tac or similar to minimise damage to walls etc.
