| TYNE AMATEUR ROWING CLUB Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting 8.00pm Thursday 29 February 2024 at Tyne Amateur Rowing Club, Water Row, Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne You are warmly invited to attend this meeting. The agenda is set out below. The bar will be open. The Trustee Report and Statement of Accounts must be presented at the meeting, prior to formal submission to the Charity Commission. All papers are available online via the club website (www.tynearc.com). If you are unable to attend and wish to vote, proxy voting forms are available on the club website.
