An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at the club on Wednesday 25 February 2026 at 8.00pm to present to the membership the Tyne ARC Trustees Annual Report and Annual Statement of Accounts for the year to 31 August 2025 together with the Accounts for 1852 Ltd for the same period.

You are warmly invited to attend this meeting. The purpose of the meeting is for members to receive the Annual Statement of Accounts and the Trustees’ report prior to submission to the Charity Commission. All papers are available online via the club website:
